Adam Kurland

Originally from Irvington, New York, Adam Kurland is graduating this year from the University of Illinois with a degree in Consumer Economics and Finance. He began his real estate journey last summer as an intern at RXR in New York City, where he developed a passion for the industry.

This summer, Adam is eager to deepen his understanding of market analysis, investment strategy, and sales. He’s particularly fascinated by how industry leaders combine data with intuition to make forward-thinking decisions, and he values learning from the insights and experiences of seasoned professionals to shape his own approach.

Looking ahead, Adam envisions a career in real estate, whether in acquisitions, sales, development, or investment analysis. He’s excited to continue building his expertise in commercial real estate and broaden his network within the field.

Outside of work, Adam is an avid guitar player, finding it the perfect way to unwind and recharge. A passionate home chef, he’s become skilled at crafting healthy dishes and has mastered the art of New York-style pizza. Adam is also an enthusiastic golfer, always chasing the challenge of lowering his handicap. He’s looking forward to a summer of growth, learning, and meaningful connections with others who share his passion for real estate.

Something most people don’t know:
Adam can hold his breath for over 2 minutes, with a personal best of around 3 minutes. He can also recite the alphabet backwards.
