As Corporate Paralegal, Tanya Metz is responsible for supporting X-Caliber and its affiliates’ legal functions in transaction management, compliance, and enterprise risk management.
Ms. Metz has significant experience in numerous areas of law and in state and federal civil litigation, as well as all phases of securities litigation and enforcement. She has also assisted with voluminous document examination and management, fact development, and deposition and trial preparation.
She earned an associate degree in paralegal studies from Community College of Baltimore.
