Courtney Donovan is responsible for various functions within the Commercial Conventional and USDA Loan Servicing and Asset Management teams. Her responsibilities include post-closing portfolio management and maintaining borrower relationships throughout the life of the loan, as well as monitoring and reporting monthly loan activity with lending partners. Ms. Donovan focuses on both general commercial and construction loan servicing.
Prior to her role at X-Caliber, Ms. Donovan served as Vice President, Administrative Liaison for CFG Bank & Capital Funding LLC, and held various roles within the firm prior to her advancement. Prior to that, she worked at First Horizon Home Loan Corporation in administrative and underwriting roles.
