Lucy Liu currently holds the position of Manager and Data Engineer for the X-Caliber family of companies. In this role she is responsible for data management across all the companies’ platforms and products, as well as the development of proprietary analytics capabilities, and the design and engineering of infrastructure to facilitate optimal integration, extraction, and information transformation.
Prior to her role at X-Caliber, Ms. Liu held the position of Senior Business Analyst at the New York City Housing Development Corporation. Her responsibilities include establishing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) requirements, crafting proof of concept SQL scripts that facilitated the integration of data flow between upstream construction finance platforms and downstream loan servicing systems. Her expertise enabled her to streamline and templatize the end-to-end development pipeline process, from deal management, underwriting, due diligence document collections, and investor memo creation through the onboarding and iterative implementation of a third-party construction finance platform.
Prior to her role at the New York City Housing Development Corp, Ms. Liu served as the Manager of Data Integrity at Numerator, a consumer data research company, where she led a team of data engineers and data analysts both onshore and offshore. She also designed Oracle PL/SQL relationship database stored procedures and scripts that drove operational workflows for new business offerings. Before that, Ms. Liu’s worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Market Track, where she excelled in testing, optimizing, and designing a wide array of essential features. Ms. Liu’s career began with positions as a Junior Data Analyst and Business Analyst at Competitrack, an advertising tracking company.
Ms. Liu holds a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Mathematics and Statistics from SUNY Stony Brook.
