Eric Rabinovich
Bio
Eric Rabinovich leads X-Caliber GovCon Capital’s government contracting finance platform, structuring contract-backed working capital and mobilization financing for federal contractors. He works with federal contractors of all sizes and designations, from small and disadvantaged businesses to established mid-market firms, to align capital with the federal revenue cycle so contractors can move from award to execution with confidence.
Mr. Rabinovich brings firsthand experience on three sides of government contracting, having previously served as a contractor, as a contracting officer, and as a lender to federal contractors. That combination of perspectives informs how X-Caliber GovCon Capital underwrites, structures, and deploys capital in support of contract performance.
Prior to X-Caliber GovCon Capital, Mr. Rabinovich served as Vice President at Live Oak Bank. He was a founding member of Live Oak Bank’s Government Contracting vertical and contributed to the development of their GovCon Advisory practice. The teams he helped build and scale have collectively deployed in excess of $1 billion in capital. Mr. Rabinovich has personally advised on more than $200 million in small business and GovCon financings and continues to build lender and advisor networks in support of the federal contracting community.
Mr. Rabinovich holds a B.B.A. in Finance with a minor in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where he graduated cum laude, an executive certificate in financial leadership from Babson College. He also holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) designation and a Federal Acquisition Certification in Contracting Level II.
