Mr. Lorman brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience, with a background in acquisitions, debt and equity placement, and transaction execution. His experience spans office, multifamily, retail, industrial, hospitality, and mixed-use assets, with completed work totaling more than $1 billion in real estate transactions.

In his current role as Senior Vice President, Origination, at CastleGreen Finance, an affiliate of X-Caliber, he is responsible for originating all of X-Caliber’s lending products, with a focus on Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) financing.

Prior to joining CastleGreen Finance, Mr. Lorman served as Executive Managing Director at X-Caliber Advisors and held managing director roles at Eyzenberg & Company LLC and Baden Advisors LLC. Earlier in his career, he spent 17 years at Falcon Real Estate Investment Co., where he worked with international investors on U.S. real estate acquisitions and financing.

Mr. Lorman earned a B.S. in accounting from Lehigh University and a master’s degree in real estate investment from New York University. He is a member of ULI New Jersey, holds a New Jersey real estate broker’s license, and is an inactive certified public accountant in New Jersey.
