Wade Shervin is Vice President, Underwriting at CastleGreen Finance. He supports origination, underwriting, and capital markets activities for Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) financing opportunities across commercial real estate asset classes.
Mr. Shervin brings experience in commercial real estate credit and capital markets, with a background spanning origination, underwriting, and portfolio analysis across the U.S. and Canada. Most recently, he served as a Real Estate Analyst at Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, where he supported the origination team on transactions involving multifamily, office, industrial, and retail assets.
Prior to LBBW, Mr. Shervin worked at X-Caliber, where he supported the debt advisory team on capital structures that included C-PACE financing, EB-5, and HUD financing products. Earlier in his career, he served as a Senior Credit Analyst at United Bank, underwriting commercial real estate loans across major asset types, including multifamily, hospitality, industrial, self-storage, office, retail, and residential.
Mr. Shervin earned a Master of Real Estate Finance and Investment from the New York University Schack Institute of Real Estate and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Drexel University LeBow College of Business.
