Kevin Mitchell is Vice President, Loan Closing Operations at X-Caliber Rural Capital. He supports the successful execution of complex USDA lending transactions, with a focus on operational efficiency, adherence to lending requirements, and strong customer service throughout the closing process.
Mr. Mitchell brings 17 years of experience in commercial banking and lending operations. Most recently, he served as Senior Document Services Specialist at Seacoast Bank, where he managed commercial loan pipelines of 20 to 30 loans, including middle market transactions and syndications up to $95MM. He also served as a certified administrator for LaserPro and nCino.
Prior to Seacoast Bank, Mr. Mitchell held lending and credit roles at BankProv, including Junior Credit Analyst and Senior Loan Processor, supporting commercial lenders across the Northeast. Earlier in his career, he held loan documentation and processing roles at Enterprise Bank, Optima Bank & Trust, and Eastern Bank.
Mr. Mitchell earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Southern New Hampshire University.
