As Assistant Vice President, Brittany Robinson assists in managing loan servicing and asset management of X-Caliber’s expansive and growing portfolio of FHA-insured healthcare and multifamily loans. She has many years of experience in multifamily and healthcare loan servicing and asset management, with extensive knowledge of the Ginnie Mae MBS program. She is also a HUD-approved Construction Loan Administrator overseeing LEAN and MAP construction deals.
Prior to joining X-Caliber, Ms. Robinson was the Assistant Director of HUD Asset Management at Capital Funding, LLC, where she was responsible for the oversight of a multi-billion-dollar HUD portfolio.
Mrs. Robinson has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Salisbury University, and a Master of Business Administration from University of Maryland.
