Casey Fletcher serves as the Vice President and Bridge Portfolio Manager. She is responsible for overseeing bridge, MAP, and Lean HUD loans in X-Caliber’s servicing portfolio. She also manages construction loan operations for bridge loans in partnership with the Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) lending program. In her role, Ms. Fletcher reviews monthly financial statements for covenant compliance, maintains processes, manages loan agreements, amendments, covenant waivers, and prepares quarterly investor reports. She is also responsible for various business-related functions including monthly investor remittances, billing, client reimbursements, and escrow payments.
Prior to joining X-Caliber, Ms. Fletcher held the position of Vice President and Commercial Loan Underwriter at Virginia National Bank. In this role, she underwrote large-size business and community banking loan transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and bank policies. Her expertise encompassed loan products ranging from multifamily and mixed-use properties to retail shopping centers, hotels, commercial construction, and renovation projects, 1-4 family owner-occupied properties, commercial lines of credit, and various types of SBA loans.
Prior to her position at Virginia National Bank, Ms. Fletcher served as an Assistant Vice President of Commercial Lending at Fidelity Bank in New Orleans. Before that, Ms. Fletcher worked as a Treasury Analyst/Document Control professional at The Hutton Company, where she maintained lender relations for construction credit lines and loan availability among multiple local and national banks. Ms. Fletcher began her career as an Asset Manager for Capital Funding Group.
Ms. Fletcher holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Roanoke College. She has served as the President and currently holds the position of Treasurer on the board for Conquering CHD Virginia, an organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by congenital heart defects.
