Jessica Wieczorek has over two decades of experience in the financial services industry in commercial real estate lending, asset management, and transaction management. In her role of Assistant Vice President and Bridge Portfolio Manager, Ms. Wieczorek is responsible for managing X-Caliber’s rapidly growing multifamily, senior, and healthcare bridge loan portfolio. She ensures compliance with loan documents, regulatory requirements, internal policies, and monitors the financial performance for covenant compliance and progress towards permanent FHA financing. She is also responsible for loan administration, disbursements, financial analysis, and investor reporting.
Prior to joining X-Capital, Ms. Wieczorek was a Credit Risk Analyst at Virginia Community Capital and LOCUS Impact Investing. In that role, she partnered with various teams for coordinating internal processes and developing the organization’s portfolio management for the Community Investment Guarantee Pool, a first-of-its-kind platform and fund that enables impact-aligned guarantors including philanthropy to unlock their balance sheets by pooling resources and sharing risk in financial guarantees for investment in structurally underserved or excluded communities with a focus on climate change, small business and affordable housing.
Prior to that, Ms. Wieczorek served as Assistant Vice President and Commercial Loan Closer at HSBC Bank USA, N.A., managing the documentation and closing of a diverse, complex portfolio of financial transactions throughout HSBC’s middle market businesses with a focus on audit and compliance. She was significantly involved in the development, integration, and success of the documentation and closing process of the commercial real estate department. Earlier in her career, Ms. Wieczorek worked for the Community Preservation Corporation and held several positions, with most recently as the Closing Manager, where she was responsible for assisting in overseeing small building loan closings and conversions, management of construction loans, and management of a warehouse loan portfolio.
Ms. Wieczorek holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Binghamton University.
