Olivia Rever is Vice President, Loan Operations, at X-Caliber. In this role, she supports loan operations across X-Caliber’s commercial lending platform, with responsibilities spanning loan servicing, asset management, post-closing activities, participant and secondary market settlements, investor reporting, and related operational functions.
Prior to joining X-Caliber, Ms. Rever served as HUD Healthcare Project Manager and Senior Asset Manager at Capital Funding, LLC, where she assisted in the oversight of a 400-loan HUD-insured commercial loan portfolio and its servicing team. She was also responsible for leading the transfer of physical assets and accounts receivable financing transactions and developing departmental procedures to improve operational efficiency.
Ms. Rever earned a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Stevenson University. She is a member of both the Mortgage Bankers Association’s Servicer Council and the Eastern Lenders Association.
