Mr. Deines is responsible for managing the special assets of X-Caliber and its affiliate companies. He comes to X-Caliber with over two decades of experience in restructuring, workout, bankruptcy, and distressed asset management and disposition.
Prior to X-Caliber, Mr. Deines was a senior asset manager at a distressed private equity firm where he managed a large portfolio of complex and distressed credits. Before that, he was in private law practice focusing on commercial bankruptcy, restructuring, and workout matters.
Mr. Deines earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Finance from the University of Kansas and a Juris Doctor from Loyola University Law School – Los Angeles.
