Matt Altebrando is responsible for providing clients with financing solutions across all of X-Caliber’s platforms and affiliate companies. From Bridge to FHA, to Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE), to USDA lending, Matt has deep experience in all loan products and commercial real estate asset types, including, but not limited to, multifamily, senior housing and healthcare, hospitality, industrial, and rural business and infrastructure.
