Brooke Conway is a Loan Servicer for X-Caliber Rural Capital. Ms. Conway is responsible for the collection, maintenance, tracking, and reporting of supportive documentation for new and existing loans in the servicing portfolio. Ms. Conway is responsible for coordinating and supporting post-closing requirements, managing the customer relationship, and ensuring compliance with all loan documents, including, but not limited to, utilization of reserve accounts, escrow analysis, and insurance renewals. She is responsible for supporting the onboarding of new loans as well as the communication and resolution of any post-closing amendments. In her role, Ms. Conway is also charged with updating the servicing system of record with all relevant information related to individual loan data. She graduated in 2024 from the University of Maryland, College Park, with a B.S. in Economics.
