Perri Kaplan is the Loan Closing Coordinator for X-Caliber Rural Capital. She coordinates the loan closing process from legal counsel engagement to initial funding. Her responsibilities include reviewing term sheets, underwriting, legal documents, verifying borrower equity, and ensuring compliance with approved terms. She also facilitates collateral lien perfection, maintains communication with all stakeholders, and finalizes loan files for audits.
Before joining X-Caliber Rural Capital, Ms. Kaplan expanded her real estate and legal transaction expertise at Vertical Bridge, Greenberg Traurig P.A., and other firms. She oversaw title commitments, surveys, closings, and detailed due diligence, honing the organizational and communication skills that drive her success.
Ms. Kaplan earned a Bachelor of Arts from Lynn University and holds certification as a Real Estate Paralegal.
