Who Qualifies

To qualify for Express Lane processing, an application must meet all applicable criteria.
- The maximum loan-to-value is 70%.
- The transaction meets HUD’s minimum debt service coverage thresholds.
- The facility demonstrates required quality-of-care attributes.
- Prior FHA program experience is not required
- The operator has remained in place at the facility for at least two years before submission.
- The mortgage amount does not exceed $50MM, or $70MM in the greater New York City area.
