Who Qualifies

To qualify for Express Lane processing, an application must meet all applicable criteria.

  • The maximum loan-to-value is 70%.
  • The transaction meets HUD’s minimum debt service coverage thresholds.
  • The facility demonstrates required quality-of-care attributes.
  • Prior FHA program experience is not required
  • The operator has remained in place at the facility for at least two years before submission.
  • The mortgage amount does not exceed $50MM, or $70MM in the greater New York City area.
