Amber Howard is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of X-Caliber and is responsible for overseeing the operational, managerial, and procedural functions of X-Caliber and its affiliate companies. In the role of COO, Ms. Howard ensures the efficient management and operations of the loan transaction and support functions for the company’s various platforms. She also oversees the firm’s Human Resources and Information Technology areas.
Ms. Howard has nearly two decades of experience in multifamily, seniors housing and healthcare loan servicing and asset management. Prior to joining X-Caliber in 2017, she was Director of Asset Management for Capital Funding, a leading national senior housing and healthcare lender where she oversaw a multibillion-dollar portfolio of FHA-insured loans.
Ms. Howard has Bachelor of Business Administration from Stevenson University and serves on board of the Healthcare Mortgagee Advisory Council.
