Amy Nelson is Vice President, Loan Processing for X-Caliber. Ms. Nelson is responsible for preparing and assisting in all application processing functions of the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD’s) LEAN and Multifamily Accelerated Processing (MAP) applications. In her role, she is responsible for the accurate collection, organization, and resolution of issues and errors required to support and complete the initial review of loan application exhibits. She is also responsible for the collection of required final signatures and application submission to HUD.
Prior to joining X-Caliber, Ms. Nelson was a Senior Loan Processor at Capital Funding, LLC.
