Angela Kotsubey is responsible for supporting and maintaining some of the core accounting functions for X-Caliber and serves as the financial liaison between their conventional corporate accounting area and its affiliate, X-Caliber Rural Capital. In her role, she assists with the diverse financial requirements of X-Caliber Rural Capital’s lending process including loan closings, processing payables, invoicing expenses, as well as their year-end audit.
Prior to her position with X-Caliber, she worked as a finance associate with CCMP Capital Advisors, a firm that specializes in middle market buyouts and growth equity investments, where she maintained management company accounting and assisted with annual audits, invoicing, processing, budgeting, and prepared regular reporting packages for senior management. Before her role at CCMP Capital, Ms. Kotsubey worked as a staff accountant for Amper, Politziner, & Mattia, which later became Eisner Amper, performing audits, reviews, and compilations for privately-owned companies and partnerships.
Ms. Kotsubey earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Public Accounting from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
