As a Senior Construction Loan Administrator, Ms. Smith is responsible for managing X-Caliber Rural Capital’s construction loan portfolio and ensuring projects are completed as expected. Ms. Smith has more than 20 years of experience in commercial lending and will leverage her expertise to work with each loan team to establish and execute the policies, processes, and procedures necessary to mitigate and manage the construction risk for each type of loan within X-Caliber Rural Capital’s various lending verticals. She and her team will manage risk throughout a loan’s construction phase with regular monitoring and budget tracking.
Prior to joining X-Caliber Rural Capital, Ms. Smith worked in various real estate roles at PNC Bank within market research and asset management, with most of her experience focused on providing third-party construction loan administration.
Ms. Smith holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Dickinson College.
