Beth Huether is responsible for supporting loan servicing functions for X-Caliber’s construction loan portfolio including bridge, USDA, conventional, and hybrid loans. In her role, she oversees budget and draw tracking, third-party condition and assessment reports, and USDA reporting.
Prior to X-Caliber, Ms. Huether worked as a Renovation Draw Administrator with a regional mortgage company where she managed a large portfolio of 203k and conventional residential renovation projects and oversaw draw management, maintenance of FHA and HUD regulation compliance, insurance, and license verification and title updates. Ms. Huether also worked at a commercial roofing company as Service Department Administrator, and later as Branch Administrator, where she provided administrative support to multiple executives and oversaw critical financial processes including monthly billings, weekly payroll, and branch-wide accounts payable and receivable.
Ms. Huether holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications with a focus on Public Relations from Towson University.
