Brett Buss is a Managing Director at X-Caliber, where he provides clients with tailored financing solutions across the company’s diverse platforms and affiliate companies. Mr. Buss primarily focuses on FHA and bridge loan executions for market-rate and affordable multifamily housing projects. In doing so, he leverages his deep experience in affordable housing and development to advocate for clients and guide them through complex transactions.

Prior to joining X-Caliber, Brett served as Managing Partner at Haven Housing Group, where he led strategic initiatives in affordable housing development. He also held the role of Director of Development at Lincoln Avenue Capital and worked as an FHA-Approved Underwriter at Dwight Capital.

Mr. Buss earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
