David Broitman is an analyst on the Capital Markets team at CastleGreen Finance, where he supports financial analysis, transaction evaluation, and capital markets execution for C-PACE financing opportunities across commercial real estate.
Mr. Broitman brings experience across investment banking and private equity real estate, with a focus on financial modeling, underwriting and portfolio performance evaluation. Before joining CastleGreen Finance, he served as an investment banking analyst at X-Caliber Advisors, where he executed debt financing transactions and developed underwriting and financial models across hospitality, industrial, student housing and multifamily asset classes.
Prior to that, Mr. Broitman was a private equity real estate analyst at Neue Urban, where he underwrote multifamily and mixed-use acquisitions and evaluated off-market opportunities across New York City submarkets. Earlier in his career, he served as a financial analyst at the Macquarie Mexico Infrastructure Fund / DigitalBridge joint venture, supporting financial modeling, forecasting and investor reporting for telecom infrastructure investments. He also held a financial analyst role at Planigrupo, where he analyzed portfolio performance, financing structures and operating metrics across a large retail real estate portfolio.
Mr. Broitman earned a Master of Science in Real Estate from the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Universidad Iberoamericana Ciudad de México.
