Deede Bell has several years of experience in closing loans with various national lending operations.
In her current role, she is responsible for facilitating the closing process for all of X-Caliber Rural Capital’s USDA guaranteed loan products and programs.
Prior to her role at X-Caliber Rural Capital, Ms. Bell held the position as Senior Loan Closer with First Chatham Bank. She also held the position as Vice President, Senior Loan Closing Team Manager at Live Oak Bank, where she advanced to roles several times there and served as Closing Team Manager, Paralegal Manager, and Senior Closing Specialist.
Ms. Bell holds an Associate of Science in Paralegal Technology from Cape Fear Community College.
