Jennifer Larsen is Closing Manager for Energy & Sustainability Finance for X-Caliber Rural Capital. Ms. Larsen has more than 25 years of experience with specialized focus in U.S. Small Business Administration commercial real estate lending. In her current role, she is responsible for facilitating and overseeing the closure of USDA and conventional loans that support energy and sustainability projects.
Prior to joining X-Caliber, Ms. Larsen held the position of Assistant Vice President at Live Oak Bank where she served as both a bioenergy closing specialist and a loan closing review specialist. Prior to that, she worked at the Law Office of Tod Kobernick, where she was a U.S. Small Business Administration 504 Loan Closing Specialist. While there, she was responsible for managing a team of skilled SBA Loan Closing Coordinators and implementing SBA SOP requirements in loan closing and construction funding processes.
