Jo-Anne Eng serves as Marketing Coordinator at X-Caliber, where she supports the execution of strategic marketing initiatives across the firm’s lending and advisory platforms. In this role, she assists with campaign coordination, conference and event management, expense tracking, internal communications, content organization, and cross-department collaboration to ensure seamless marketing operations. Ms. Eng works closely with sales, leadership, and external partners to help drive brand consistency and support business development efforts.
Prior to joining X-Caliber, Ms. Eng worked as an analyst at Bear Stearns and as a broker services representative with Fidelity Investments, where she developed strong analytical, client service, and operational skills within financial services environments.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and an Associate of Science in Business from the University of New Hampshire.
