Joanna Hill has more than two decades of experience in loan closing and compliance. In her current role, she is responsible for supporting the loan closing process and for performing pre- and post- closing audits on all conventional and USDA program She also helps position the loans for post-closing transfer and ensures all proper tax and insurance documentation is completed.
Prior to joining X-Caliber, she was the SBA Post-Closing/Compliance Manager, VP for 44 Business Capital, a division of Berkshire Bank, where she managed the internal and external audits for all aspects of the Small Business Administration loans (SBA). Before that, she was a loan funding specialist for BoeFly, LLC, a non-banking lender for small businesses.
Ms. Hill has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California Santa Barbara and is certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt.
