Joel Karczewski has more than two decades of technology leadership experience in the financial services industry across multiple business domains. As Chief Technology Officer, he is responsible for managing and strategically growing X-Caliber and its affiliates’ technology platforms to support the entire life of the loan transaction and servicing processes. He manages the overall performance, accuracy, security, quality, and innovation of the technology infrastructure, partner interfaces, platforms, and systems.
During the span of his career, Mr. Karczewski has managed technology programs and projects of varying complexity and sizes across all corporate levels with various scopes, from start-up to mid-size to enterprise level. His expertise encompasses varying levels of company maturity, from supporting and developing process creation and team build-outs to strategy for enterprise-level growth.
Mr. Karczewski has served in technology leadership positions at Vanguard, Mariner Finance, Sage, and Paychex. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with concentrations in both Finance and Computer Systems and an MBA in Finance from La Salle University.
