In his role as Portfolio Manager, Special Assets, John Milton is responsible for managing special assets at X-Caliber and its affiliate companies. This involves collaborating with borrowers and investors to devise creative solutions to challenging circumstances that may arise during the life of a loan.
Prior to joining X-Caliber in September, Mr. Milton spent over five years at Summit Investment Management, a private equity firm, specializing in distressed debt loans. Mr. Milton began his career at Summit as an analyst on the REO team, managing loan relationships and pursuing debt collection. He later transitioned to the acquisitions team, where he advanced from senior analyst to associate underwriter.
Mr. Milton holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Stonehill College.
