J.P. Comella is a Financial Analyst at X-Caliber Rural Capital. He supports investment, underwriting, and loan syndication activities across the firm’s lending and capital markets platform, contributing to deal analysis, investment materials, capital placement support, and portfolio tracking.
Mr. Comella joined the X-Caliber platform in 2025 as a Junior Analyst with X-Caliber Advisors, where he assisted in structuring, originating, and raising debt and equity capital for commercial real estate and operating businesses. He supported underwriting and execution across multiple multimillion-dollar transactions.
Previously, Mr. Comella served as a Corporate Development Intern at Mohegan, where he supported strategic initiatives across domestic and international markets through market research, financial analysis, and evaluation of large-scale development opportunities.
Mr. Comella earned a Master of Science in Real Estate from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Miami.
