Kaelan Meichner serves as the Human Resources Generalist at X-Caliber, where she manages the full employee life cycle. Her responsibilities span recruitment, onboarding, training, benefits administration, payroll, performance reviews, compensation, and offboarding.
Before joining X-Caliber, Ms. Meichner worked at Pantheon Ventures, where she supported global HR initiatives, managed onboarding and offboarding processes, and maintained payroll and benefits compliance. Her earlier experience at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals as an HR4U Guide gave her a global HR perspective, where she provided employee support, maintained HR data integrity, and ensured compliance with internal and external standards.
Ms. Meichner holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Development from McGill University.
