Kelly Sparwasser has two decades of experience in the multifamily and healthcare lending industry, with deep expertise in HUD-ensured loan programs, asset management, facility acquisitions, operations, and management. In her role as Assistant Vice President, Transaction Manager, Ms. Sparwasser is responsible for executing the various closing functions that support the bridge and FHA loan programs. She oversees pipeline management for both platforms, executing and ensuring process adherence and milestone management. From loan commitment forward, her duties include, but are not limited to, borrower communication and quality control to ensure proper collection and documentation of all closing and recording documents.
Prior to joining X-Caliber, Ms. Sparwasser worked for Capital Health Group as a business analyst where she managed a portfolio of healthcare acquisitions and coordinated the purchasing and closing of assisted living properties. She also processed construction draws, appropriate state licensing applications, and coordinated renewals in conjunction with various acquisitions and sales. She was also charged with coordinating and managing all legal entity correspondence including formations, renewals, and annual filings. Before her position at Capital Health Group, she was a portfolio manager at Capital Funding Group were she led and managed an asset management team for a large portfolio of HUD loans.
