Lance Haberin has over 35 years of experience in various aspects of commercial real estate lending due diligence, closing, and asset management. Prior to joining CastleGreen, Mr. Haberin was a transaction manager at Counterpointe Sustainable Real Estate where he led the underwriting, closing, and construction draw management functions of all the Commercial Property Assessed Energy (C-PACE) financings. These transactions comprised fee simple or leasehold ownership on ground-up construction, transitional, and rehabilitation investments for property owners.
Mr. Haberin has also served as a senior vice president for RBS Securities, Inc., where he focused on the commercial real estate platform’s financing line and the asset management of more than $1.8 billion of commercial mortgage loans, mezzanine loans, and preferred equity financing. Prior to that, Mr. Haberin was part of the commercial real estate lending platform at Nomura Securities, Inc., where he focused on lending, servicing, asset management, and securitization.
Mr. Haberin earned degree in Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Accounting from American International College.
