Lauren Tisdale is a Managing Director, Healthcare Lending and is responsible for originating Seniors Housing and Healthcare transactions across the nation utilizing all of X-Caliber’s diverse lending platforms. Ms. Tisdale has more than twenty years of experience in real estate finance and banking with extensive experience originating and representing banks and mortgage companies in all aspects of their business, including real estate and asset-based lending, CMBS transactions, and syndicated and mezzanine financing. Her most recent role was Chief Legal Officer for X-Caliber Capital and its affiliate companies where she led all the legal, compliance, and enterprise risk management as well as oversaw the transaction management for all of the lending platforms.
During her career, Ms. Tisdale has worked in both originating and legal roles. Prior to joining X-Caliber, she worked as Senior Vice President, Senior Counsel Lending for Forbright Bank (formerly Congressional Bank) where she was responsible for all legal-related matters within the healthcare lending vertical, including bridge-to-HUD and accounts receivable financing. Before that, she was Executive Vice President at Capital Lending and Mortgage Group, LLC, responsible for leading the daily operations for the company’s non-bank bridge lending platform.
Ms. Tisdale earned a Bachelor of Arts from University of Missouri- Columbia and a Juris Doctor from St. Louis University School of Law. She is a member of the Board of Directors for Nerdy Girl Success, Inc., a non-profit whose mission is to change the landscape of leadership by supporting and preparing young women to become the decision makers of today and tomorrow.
