As Senior Vice President for X-Caliber’s Underwriting team, Maggie Waybright is primarily responsible for the preparation and review of documentation in the multifamily loan underwriting and closing process. Ms. Waybright is a Multifamily Accelerated Processing (MAP) underwriter, and her duties include, but are not limited to: the analysis of third-party reports, financials, and other loan application exhibits, completing HUD underwriting required documentation, and writing lender narratives. In addition, she also supports X-Caliber’s healthcare lending team with underwriting for LEAN transactions.
Ms. Waybright has over 16 years of experience in multifamily and healthcare loan underwriting and has extensive knowledge in the various HUD loan programs. Prior to joining X-Caliber, she worked in the underwriting divisions at Newmark Night Frank and Capital Funding Group.
Ms. Waybright has completed multiple Mortgage Banker Association (MBA) course certifications, including: Underwriting Multifamily Valuation, Multifamily Property Inspection/Environmental Concerns, Basic Mortgage Credit and Financial Statement Analysis, and Appraisal and the Three Approaches to Value.
