Mark McClure has over 30 years of experience and has been involved with more than $10 billion in commercial real estate investments during his career. His professional track record spans many facets of the industry, including asset management and equity investments.
In his current role as Executive Director at CastleGreen Finance, an affiliate of X-Caliber, he is responsible for originating Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) transactions in the southwest area of the country.
Prior to joining CastleGreen in 2021, he was with Counterpointe Sustainable Real Estate, where he was responsible for commercial asset financing including structured financing, new construction and renovation financing, and Property Improvement Program (PIP) bridge financing. He has also held notable positions with New York Life, Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley and A10 Capital.
Mr. McClure graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Texas.
