Molli Tierney is responsible for the screening, underwriting, and closing of X-Caliber’s healthcare and multifamily bridge loans. In her role, Ms. Tierney underwrites the creditworthiness of potential loans and issues the terms of the transaction to the client. Once a deal application is submitted and a term sheet is signed, Ms. Tierney coordinates and completes investor memos, third-party reports, diligence, legal, and borrower communication to execute the closing of the transaction.
Prior to X-Caliber, Ms. Tierney was Healthcare Credit Manager at CFG Bank where she managed and trained the department’s credit analysts responsible for underwriting, sizing, and reviewing bridge and FHA transactions.
Ms. Tierney has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Marketing from Loyola University of Maryland.
