Nancy Stringer is a Transaction Manager at X-Caliber. She manages multifamily and affordable housing closings across bridge and FHA executions. She drives third-party reports and all due diligence and keeps milestones on track through the entire loan process, from term sheet to closing.
Ms. Stringer brings more than 20 years in construction lending, LIHTC, and secondary market underwriting for partner lenders. She led construction loan administration for LIHTC portfolios at PNC Bank, one of the largest diversified financial institutions in the United States. She served as an underwriter in the correspondent lending channel at Chase Bank, now JPMorgan Chase, and began her career as a mortgage loan processor at PHH Mortgage.
