As Managing Director, Sustainability Finance, Mr. Stapleton supports clients funding needs by providing them solutions across a wide spectrum of sustainability ranging from renewable energy to the circular economy. Mr. Stapleton has more than a decade of experience in business banking including loan servicing, credit underwriting, and originations.
With deep experience in the life of the of the loan stages, Mr. Stapleton brings a well-rounded background to support the client’s successful journey through the lending process.
Mr. Stapleton most recently served as head of Bioenergy Financing at Live Oak Bank where he oversaw one of the industry’s top platforms responsible for providing project-level financing under USDA programs for circular economy developers across the United States.
Mr. Stapleton received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
