Olivia Rever is responsible for the loan servicing and asset management of X-Caliber’s existing and rapidly growing USDA and conventionally-financed commercial loan portfolio. Ms. Rever also processes all post-closing participant and secondary market settlements, including ongoing participant relationship maintenance and investor reporting.
Prior to joining X-Caliber, Ms. Rever served as HUD Healthcare Project Manager and Senior Asset Manager at Capital Funding, LLC, where she assisted in the oversight of a 400-loan, HUD-insured commercial loan portfolio and its servicing team. She was also responsible for leading the transfer of all physical assets and accounts receivable financing transactions and developed applicable departmental procedures to ensure and improve departmental efficiencies.
Ms. Rever graduated from Stevenson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and is a member of both the Mortgage Bankers Association’s Servicer Council and the Eastern Lenders Association.
