In his role as Loan Origination Coordinator, Mr. Judge is responsible for the screening and assessment of the USDA General Lending pipeline, with a specific focus on ensuring the financial fundamentals of the proposed transactions and issuing a lending proposal for eligible projects. He subsequently oversees the collection of the due diligence. In addition, he handles the coordination of secondary market transactions.
Prior to joining the X-Caliber Rural team, Rip was a Quantitative Analyst at BNY Mellon Markets where he worked in the Municipal Debt and Foreign exchange group where he worked on pricing and risk models and coordinated with municipalities when bringing debt to market.
Mr. Judge has a Bachelor of Science in Applied Quantitative Finance from Villanova University.
