In her role as Executive Assistant, Rita Kostik is responsible for supporting X-Caliber Rural Capital’s administrative tasks including scheduling, expenses, travel, tracking information, and reporting. Prior to joining X-Caliber, Rita most recently held the role of Benefit Funds Manager at the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 137. She also previously served there as Bookkeeper.
Ms. Kostik holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Business from Mercy University.
