Roberta Carmichael serves as the Marketing Manager for X-Caliber where she supports the execution of X-Caliber’s comprehensive marketing initiatives and content strategy across its growing lending platforms. One of her key responsibilities is workflow optimization to position the company for continued growth and impact, leveraging her project management expertise and digital marketing experience to enhance brand presence, refine processes, and foster seamless coordination across departments.
Prior to joining X-Caliber, Ms. Carmichael held the role of Content Marketing Manager at Payliance where she developed high-impact marketing campaigns that increased engagement and strengthened the company’s digital footprint. Before that, she served as Content Director at Recruiting Daily and The Mom Project, where she led integrated content strategies that enhanced brand visibility and audience retention. Earlier in her career, she served as Marketing Director for the notOK App, a nonprofit mental health platform, where her digital marketing strategies contributed to over 200,000 app downloads.
Ms. Carmichael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Multidisciplinary Studies from the University of South Carolina.
