Ms. Rice brings 25 years of experience in SBA, USDA, and commercial lending. She has led production, closing, and servicing teams at institutions such as United Federal Credit Union, Chatham Business Capital, Newtek Business Services, Q2 Business Capital, and Live Oak Bank. In these roles, she built and managed national platforms, developed training programs for closers and processors, and created procedures that support accurate, efficient closings at scale.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Rice held senior SBA and USDA processing and closing roles at regional and community banks, including Bank of North Carolina, Mountain 1st Bank & Trust, TD Bank, Fidelity Bank, and Main Street Bank. She refined her skills in loan administration, servicing, and customer communication and continues to use that experience to guide teams and transactions across the lending lifecycle.
