Samantha Sanders is the Servicing and Portfolio Manager at X-Caliber Rural Capital. She oversees servicing and portfolio operations for USDA-guaranteed loans and focuses on accurate documentation, strong borrower relationships, and consistent execution from closing through the life of each loan.
Ms. Sanders brings deep experience across the full USDA lending lifecycle. At Stone Bank in Little Rock, she served as a USDA Analyst in a multifaceted role that covered prescreening, underwriting, closing, and servicing USDA loans. Before that, Ms. Sanders worked as an SBA Loan Assistant and Business Service Specialist at Stone Bank, where she supported SBA loan administration, ordered appraisals and environmental reports, monitored insurance coverage, and assisted with closings and compliance.
Ms. Sanders serves as Chairman of the Central Arkansas Junior Achievement board, where she supports programs that introduce students to financial literacy, work readiness, and entrepreneurship. She holds an Associate Degree in Nursing from Texarkana College.
