Sharon Callahan is the Co-Founder of X-Caliber. In this position, she plays a key role in the short- and long-term strategic planning for the firm and its affiliates, including, but not limited to, monitoring the company’s overall financial pipeline, tracking the company’s short- and long-term capital resources, and overseeing the financial data of the company and its affiliates’ loan transaction pipeline and servicing portfolio. She also plays an integral role in supporting the development of key processes, systems, and road maps, while also playing a significant role in leadership development and succession planning for the various needs of the growing companies and entities. In addition, she manages the human resources discipline with a focus on strategic growth and nurturing a positive employee culture.
Earlier in her career, she worked in corporate accounting in various departments at Time Warner, Inc. She also held audit and tax positions at Deloitte and Touche.
Ms. Callahan graduated from Binghamton University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
