Alison D’Elia is the Manager of Human Resources for X-Caliber and its affiliate companies. Ms. D’Elia oversees all the firms’ talent acquisition, retention strategies, and performance evaluation as well as the operational and administrative functions required for comprehensive employee management.

Ms. D’Elia is responsible for ensuring the company’s knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law for the purpose of maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. As such, she is also responsible for developing, implementing, and deploying company policies and procedures to ensure sound compliance. In addition, she supports the selection, management, training, and implementation of systems for staff benefits, payroll, employee performance and talent onboarding.

Prior to her role at X-Caliber, she worked at Robert Half, a global human resource consulting firm, as Client Service Director. Before that, she was a Business Operations Manager at NRG Energy, a national supplier of energy serving more than six million customers. Earlier in her career, she was the Compliance and Operations Manager at Chester Harris and Company, a financial brokerage firm.

Alison is also a Founding Member of the Westchester Women for Good Network Chapter within Grapevine. Grapevine is a giving circle community that comes together with the common goal of giving.

Ms. D’Elia has a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from East Stroudsburg University, a Certificate in Leadership Management from Wharton Business School and is certified by the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
