In her role as Construction Loan and Servicing Senior Administrator, Ms. Reuter works across all of the USDA lending platforms to manage construction loans through the closing and funding process. She effectively mitigates risk through project and budget management to ensure all federally-guaranteed loan requirements are met and the project is successfully completed.
Ms. Reuter most recently worked for Built Technologies as a Client Success Manager for the Built for Lending team. She assisted lenders with guidance and training to efficiently utilize the platform to support their various workflows and processes. Prior to that, Ms. Reuter served as Vice President, Construction Team Leader with First Bank of the Lake, and Associate Vice President, Construction Specialist for Live Oak Bank. In those roles, she was responsible for overseeing construction loans for the SBA 7a and SBA 504 programs.
Ms. Reuter holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in the School of Media and Journalism, with a focus in public relations, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is also a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Virginia, and a member of Greater Piedmont Realtors, Virginia Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors.
