Carin Gutchall is an Executive Vice President and Chief Underwriter for X-Caliber Capital. In this capacity, she is the Chief Underwriter responsible for managing the firm’s FHA MAP and LEAN underwriting process and team. Mrs. Gutchall reviews all FHA packages and underwriter’s narratives on multifamily and healthcare applications submitted to HUD. She has over 20 years of HUD underwriting experience across all the FHA MAP and LEAN programs, including new construction, substantial rehabilitation, acquisition, refinance and LIHTC transactions.
Prior to her current role, Mrs. Gutchall held Senior Underwriter positions at Berkeley Point Capital and Oppenheimer Multifamily Housing & Healthcare Finance.
Mrs. Gutchall received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Indiana.
